We are passionate about supporting all our patients with life limiting conditions to live life to the full right to the end of their lives.
We encourage you to plan your care with us and we use the Coordinate My Care electronic record to share key information with other health professionals who may need to see you in an emergency. You can help to write your record yourself.
We work closely with the palliative care team at St Joseph's Hospice who help advise us on symptom control and end of life care
They provide a huge range of care, from nurses who can see you at home, to inpatient stays for symptom control or end of life care. You can find out more on their website.
Marie Curie have a dedicated support line for those living with or caring for someone with a terminal illness.
