Private Fees
Some services are not covered by the NHS and therefore incur a private fee. All requests are subject to review and acceptance by the practice.
All private fees must be paid in full before any letters, forms or reports are completed. All requests are subject to practice approval.
Patients will be informed of the applicable fee before payment is requested.

Requests made directly by the DWP, NHS, local authorities or other organisations under separate payment arrangements will be handled according to the relevant arrangements and will not automatically attract a patient fee

Our GPs cannot automatically provide
- statements or opinions about matters outside their clinical knowledge or where there is insufficient supporting medical evidence.
- Housing support letters or reports
- Naturalisation forms
- Passport application forms or countersignatures
- Letters supporting benefits applications
- School absence letters
- Letters requesting specific educational or legal outcomes
